Terms & Conditions

The Edge is sold two ways.

The Edge for Agents is $297 per month, or $2,970 paid in full for twelve months.

The Edge for Teams is $997 per month, or $9,997 paid in full for twelve months, and covers your roster.

Monthly plans charge at enrollment and again on the same day each month until you cancel. Paid in full plans charge the full amount at enrollment and cover twelve months from that date. By enrolling, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for these amounts. Prices don't include any taxes that apply.

Monthly plans renew automatically every month until you cancel.

Agent paid in full plans renew automatically for another twelve months at the rate in effect at renewal. We'll email you at least thirty days before the renewal date with the amount, the date, and how to turn off renewal. You can turn off renewal any time before the renewal date by emailing support@springb.com or using the cancel link in your members portal.

Team paid in full plans do not renew automatically. We'll reach out before your term ends, and a renewal only happens once you confirm it in writing.

If we ever change the price of a monthly plan, we'll email you at least thirty days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.

You can cancel a monthly plan any time by emailing support@springb.com or using the cancel link in your members portal before your next billing date. We'll confirm your cancellation by email and stop the next charge. Your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.

Paid in full plans run through the end of the twelve month term. Canceling a paid in full plan turns off renewal but doesn't end the current term early or create a refund.

All sales are final. We don't offer refunds, credits, or prorated amounts for partial months, unused time, missed sessions, or a paid in full plan you stop using. There is no money back guarantee on any plan. If you have questions, ask us at support@springb.com before you enroll.

If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us first, we may pause your access while the dispute is open.

The Edge for Agents includes two live group coaching sessions each week with Justin Nelson and all fourteen levels of The Agent Foundation. It does not include the Tuesday Q&A call.

The Edge for Teams includes those same two live sessions each week for every agent on your roster, all fourteen levels of The Agent Foundation, and The Ultimate Sales Leader for the team leader.

Live sessions are currently held Mondays and Fridays at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time. Sessions are recorded and replays are available to active members while their membership is active. Sessions may be skipped or moved for holidays or events, and we'll give notice when we can. If Justin can't lead a session, we may reschedule it or have another qualified coach lead it. We may update curriculum, schedule, and platform over time as long as the core of your plan stays the same.

Login and access details are emailed right after purchase. If you don't see them, check spam, then email us.

Live sessions are recorded. If you join on camera, turn on your mic, or post in the chat, your name, image, voice, and comments may appear in the recording. By joining, you agree to be recorded and allow us to use those recordings and your chat posts, including your first name and last initial, in the program and in our marketing. If you don't want your chat posts or likeness used in marketing, email support@springb.com and we'll honor that going forward.

What members share in the room stays in the room. Don't record, screenshot, or share other members' information outside the program.

The Edge is an education and coaching program. We don't guarantee income, leads, listings, closings, or business growth of any kind.

Results, testimonials, and member posts shown on this website or in the program are real experiences of individual members. They aren't typical and aren't a promise that you'll get the same or similar results. Most people who buy any training program get little or no measurable result. Your results depend on your effort, skill, experience, market, and many things outside our control. Statements like "one extra closing pays for the year" are math examples, not predictions.

You're responsible for your own decisions and results.

These Terms are governed by Utah law.

Before filing anything, you agree to email us at support@springb.com and give us thirty days to try to fix it.

If we can't resolve it, any dispute about these Terms or The Edge will be settled by binding individual arbitration, not in court. Arbitration will be run by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer or Commercial Rules, whichever applies, and held in the Utah county where SB Coaching LLC has its main office, or by video. Either side may still bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

You and we each give up the right to a jury trial and the right to bring or join a class action or class arbitration. Claims can only be brought individually.

You can opt out of arbitration by emailing support@springb.com within thirty days of first enrolling. If you opt out, or if any part of this section is found unenforceable, disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts in Utah.
