This policy explains how SB Coaching LLC ("we") collects and uses your information when you visit this site or join The Edge.
What We Collect
Information you give us: name, email, phone number, brokerage or team name, billing details, and anything you post in the program.
Payment information: card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We don't store your full card number.
Program information: attendance, replays you watch, and session recordings that may include your image, voice, and chat posts.
Automatic information: device, browser, IP address, pages visited, and cookie data from Google Analytics.
How We Use It
To deliver the program and send access details. To process payments, renewals, and renewal reminders. To send program updates and, if you opted in, marketing emails and texts. To improve our site. To follow the law and protect our rights.
Text Messages
If you opt in to texts, we'll send program reminders and offers from SB Coaching and its affiliated brands, including The Edge. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out any time, or HELP for help. Consent to texts isn't a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt in data and consent won't be shared with any third parties.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails any time with the link at the bottom of any email. We'll still send emails about your account, billing, and renewals.
Who We Share It With
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (payment, email, texting, video, hosting, and analytics), with our affiliated companies to deliver and support the program, when the law requires it, or if the business is sold or reorganized.
Cookies
We use cookies to run the site and Google Analytics to measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt out browser add on. Some parts of the site may not work without them.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your information for as long as you're a member and as long after that as we need for legal, tax, and business records.
Your Choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing support@springb.com. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state's privacy law, and we'll honor them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.
Children
The Edge is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new date.
